Producers' property has 32 hectares of vines, olive groves, orchards, and native flora with views to Willunga Hills. Producers' Workshops
Every weekend by appointment from 11am to 3pm we offer workshops based on our produce (wine, olive oil, apple cider, cheese and verjuice): how wine is made, wine blending, food and wine tasting. Throughout the year we hold seasonal hands-on workshops in making wine, cheese, olive oil and preserves. Producers' Workshop space is a luxurious Farm Gate Providore, Small Batch Winery and Dining Room. Enquire or check the website for updates on seasonal activities. For all workshops advance bookings are essential.
Producers' Seasonal Workshops
Either join in one of the regular series or for a group of six or more Producers will tailor a day for you. 2010 series includes - Making Wine, Pressing Olive Oil, Cheesemaking, Bread, Cider and Preserving, Sensory Analysis, The History of Wine, Food Gardening
