The villa has two queen-sized bedrooms, a twin room (with two single beds) and a single bedroom. Features include sitting room with slow combustion heater, comfortable sofas and chairs, television/DVD and radio/cassette/CD player. Main bathroom has a deep cast iron bath, separate shower, vanity unit and toilet.
The second bathroom has a small bath, shower and vanity unit. There is also a separate toilet. The large country kitchen has a timber floor, recycled Baltic pine table and Federation chairs, stove, full-size refrigerator, cookware, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
Guests can enjoy free local call telephone and free access to wireless broadband. The villa has reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout. The laundry area has a washing machine, tub, iron and ironing board. Outside there is a pleasant rear garden with lawn, shrubs and gas barbecue.
The house is within easy walking distance of the centre of town with shops, supermarkets, hotels, takeaway food shops, cafes and restaurants.
