Barley Stacks is situated 2 hours drive from Adelaide, 13.6 kilometres south of Maitland on the Yorke Peninsula, South Australia.

Barley Stacks is the first commercial vineyard to be established in the traditional barley belt of the Yorke Peninsula, South Australia, renown for growing the world's best malting barley. Rich grey soil over limestone, with a low but certain 16 inch rainfall, combined with a warm maritime climate, increased row spacing, heavy mulching, bird net protection, hand-pruning and hand-picking has contributed to the production of premium quality fruit.
