Sumptuous three course feast, glass of bubbles, pyrotechnic entertainment and watch spectacular bonfire
At the Burning of the Canes Dinner we celebrate the changing of the seasons and the end of last year's growth preparing for the birth of the next.
We light a large bonfire made from the woody canes pruned from the vineyard and offer you a warming thre course feast, glass of bubbles on arrival and pyrotechnic entertainment with the fearless Flame Trainer, Chris Lavery.
