Glen Ayr Wines Vineyard is located in the historic village of Richmond, in the Coal River Valley wine region of Southern Tasmania. It is owned by the Casimaty family.
The GlenAyr vineyard was planted in 1975, the second to be established in the Coal River Valley. The reliability and quality of the fruit grown at GlenAyr led to the first major commercial planting in the Coal River Valley district in 1988.
