Ashbolt Farm is located at New Norfolk, in the heart of the picturesque Derwent Valley, a peaceful 30 minute drive from Hobart, in Southern Tasmania.
Ashbolt Farm produces sublime elderflower juice, elderberry concentrate and boutique olive oil, premium products that are exported nationally and internationally.

Ashbolt Farm has been in the Ashbolt family's care since 1906. The 375 hectare Derwent Valley farm, also has a small orchard of heritage fruit trees now used to produce a range of fruit wines.
