Tandara Hotel Motel offers contemporary ensuite accommodation at Triabunna, on Tasmania's east coast. Triabunna is located at the gateway to beautiful Maria Island and the Mercury Passage, and is a former garrison town for convicts in the early colonial days of Tasmania.
The area combines history, magnificent scenery, beaches, great fishing spots, walking tracks, and fine food and wine. Maria Island National Park offers great bushwalking, scuba diving, and abundant wildlife.
There are 30 ensuite rooms accommodating 75 guests. Rooms have reverse cycle heat pumps, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, internet access and ironing equipment,
some rooms have queen size beds.
Hotel facilities include fully licensed fine bistro which features local Tasmanian seafood, produce and wines, log fires, tennis courts, swimming pool and barbeque area, public bar, bottle shop, conference facilities for up to 100 people and venue hire.
Tandara Hotel Motel is located one hours drive north east of Hobart and is an ideal stop over on your way to exploring Tasmania's east coas,t and its coastal townsof Swansea, Bicheno, Coles Bay, and St Helens.
