Kelvedon vineyard is located just south of Swansea on Tasmania's East Coast and produces superb pinot noir.

Kelvedon is a historic East Coast Property owned and managed by the Cotton family since 1829. The property is 5300ha: rises from sea level to 350m, it runs 10kms to the west into Native Old Growth Forests. The property is predominately native pasture and old growth forests.

Kelvedon was traditionally a fine wool sheep and Cattle property with some cropping, in 1998 the family diversified into Viticulture. Initially 1ha of Pinot clones were planted these vines form the foundation of the very successful Kelvedon Estate Label. Currently the Kelvedon Label produces Pinot and Sauvignon Blanc. They have also recently planted Chardonnay that will feature in the range in years to come.

For the Cotton Family the venture into Viticulture has been a highly successful and rewarding diversification and blends well with the other enterprises traditionally carried out on the property.

Kelvedon does not have a cellar door but wines can be found in fine wine outlets around Tasmania.
