The concert will showcase classical music of India, featuring Shubhendra Rao - a top disciple of Ravi Shankar - on sitar, and Ty Burhoe on tabla.

Lunch by Sydney chef Hamish Ingham of Billy Kwong fame and Varuni Kulasekera of Chado - the Way of Tea.
