Peppermint Bay is set on four acres of waterfront headland, with commanding 270 degree water and mountain views East through North to West of the d'Entrecasteaux Channel and the lush rolling hills of the Huon.

Peppermint Bay showcases the best seasonal produce of this vibrant food and wine region, providing casual dining in the Locals bar and Terrace and a la carte dining in Stackings Restaurant. Peppermint Bay promises a complete fresh regional cuisine experience, while the eyes feast on panoramic views of Bruny Island and the D'Entrecasteaux Channel.

The Peppermint Bay Bar and Terrace is open throughout the day, 7 days a week, for bar dining, light meals, coffee and fresh baked goods from their providore. Dinners are served Thursday through to Saturday with a selection of Tasmanian beers on tap, a bar menu comprising of local produce, and a almost entirely Tasmanian wine list.

Stackings combines exquisite local fare and sophisticated contemporary dining with magnificent views over a pristine Tasmanian waterway. The Stackings restaurant at Peppermint Bay provides an unforgettable culinary experience.

Utilising Tasmania's famous fresh produce sourced from local farmers and fishermen chef David Moyle creates distinctive dishes that showcase the unparalleled qualities and flavours Tassie can offer. The Stackings restaurant sources much of its produce from on site gardens ensuring the freshest dining experience possible.

Combining beautiful scenery, friendly and informed service, spectacular food and a formidable wine list, it is a great way to sample the variety and quality of Tasmania's produce.

The perfect way to arrive is to board the Peppermint Bay Ferry - a high speed luxury catamaran - at Hobart's docks near Elizabeth St Pier, take in the sights while winding down the Derwent River's sheltered waterways, eat drink and enjoy, and be delivered back to Hobart. Divine luxury.
