Launceston Restaurant Stillwater, established by the energetic and visionary Kim Seagram and her husband Rod Ascui, with chef Don Cameron, and the deliciously tempting Mill Providore upstairs, has won The Australian's Best Food Experience for the second year running, firmly placing it amongt Australia's winners circle.

Best winery restaurant went to The Restaurant at Voyager Estate, in Margaret River Western Australia.
