The 5 Days of Innovation is championed by local ICT and small business advocate Darren Alexander. The festival aims to shine a light on the Northern Tasmanian region, celebrating innovation in the community, and further assisting to increase awareness of innovative Tasmanian products, and foster and encourage innovative practice in Tasmanian business to ensure the continued growth of Northern Tasmanian business across markets.
The Innovation program will explore the innovative uniqueness of Tasmanian entrepreneurship across industries, presenting local success stories, products and services from Northern Tasmania's finest business talent. A program of events has been drafted and includes open days at local innovative businesses, a great debate, 5 Plates of Innovation degustation dinner and a food trail tour amongst a range of great events.
