Multi-talented chef, restaurateur and cookbook author Marco Canora from Hearth Restaurant and the Terroir and Tribeca wine bars in East Village, Manhattan NYC, will take his Italian style to the garage with one-time Tetsuya's chef Luke Burgess at one of Hobart's hottest new restaurants, Garagistes.
Savour Tasmania, now in its third year, has become a fixture on Australia's culinary calendar. In 2011, an amazing line-up of chefs from all over the world will combine with Tasmanian masters to delight food and wine enthusiasts at a series of dinners throughout the state.
