Prossers on the Beach offers an inspired contemporary menu full of fabulously prepared fresh seafood . Importantly, this is one of the very few places where you can choose your own Crayfish Abalone and (seasonal) King Crab from the Live Fish Tanks. What a temptation!!
For twenty years Stuart and Nikki Prosser have been passionate about showcasing the best of Tasmanian seafood and primary produce. This is reflected in their eclectic wine list which showcases the best of Tasmanian wines, and includes a range of Australian and French wines also.
