Solicit restaurant (formerly Amulet) offers quality contemporary Tasmanian cuisine, and is located on North Hobart's popular restaurant strip in Southern Tasmania.
Solicit's food style is influenced by the flavours of many cultures and the food philosophy centres on seasonality and sustainability. The ideals of seasonal cuisine reflect the produce that is abundant and at its best at any given time. "Casual by day, interesting by night" is their claim.
Amulet prefers to use certified organic produce when available and sources meats and cheeses from boutique producers.
Tasmanian wines are primarily represented on Solicit's wine list, with a focus on smaller vineyards and boutique producers, however there is a range of other Australian wines also.
