Lark Distillery is located on Hobart's waterfront in Southern Tasmania. Hobart was once home to 17 licensed distilleries all of which closed their doors over 150 years ago but Bill Lark realised in 1992 that the Tasmanian environment was perfect for making malt whisky.
Lark now produces Single Malt Cask Whisky, Lark Bush Liqueur, Pepperberry Vodka, Pepperberry Gin, Rum Island, Tasmanian Apple Schnapps, Tasmanian Cherry Max and Slainte Malt Whisky Liqueur and Pure Malt.
With a cellar door, whisky bar and restaurant with views across to the Sydney-Hobart yachts, the Lark Distillery is a pleasure to visit at any time with liqueurs to warm you on the cool days and refresh you on the warm days.
