The Tasmanian Chilli Beer Company (TCBC) hand-brews naturally fermented and unfiltered non-alcholic beverages from their purpose built micro-brewery in Southern Tasmania.
The drinks are brewed with yeast and free from artificial flavours, colouring, sweeteners, fish or egg products and are gluten free.
Their non-alcoholic range includes Ginger Beer, Ginger Chilli Beer, Lime Sparkling, Raspberry Sparkling and there are a number of other brews under development.
TCBC sources the best local produce and where possible buys from small-scale growers who employ environmentally sustainable practices. When certified organis produce is simply not available, the Company buys from herbicide and pesticide-free growers.
Their drinks are not filtered so contain some sediment which consists of real pieces of fruit pulp, eg ginger, lime and/or raspberry.
Brown bottles are used and energy and natural resource wastage minimisation is a high priority.
Above all TCBC tries to deliver refreshing and innovative drinks using local produce.
TCBC products are available at a number of retail outlets around Southern Tasmania and selected outlets in Northern Tasmania.
Microbrewery is not open to the public but tastings can be arranged by contacting TCBC.
