The Bruny Island Cheese Company is an artisan, or boutique cheese making business located on Bruny Island in the Huon Valley / Channel District of Souhtern Tasmania.
Nick Haddow's passion for all things cheesey, has turned this business into a Tasmanian icon, specialising in unique, hand made cheeses using cow, sheep and goats milk.
A cafe is attached to this beautiful cheesery offering local wines and accompaniments, so pop down to Bruny Island. It's a brief ferry ride from Kettering, 35 minutes south of Hobart, sample these fabulous cheeses in lush coastal surrounds, and you'll feel you've died and gone to cheese heaven.
