All of our chocolates and confectionery are handmade by Cygneture and all recipes used have been adapted to incorporate local ingredients when and where available.
Our range includes moulded chocolates, cut, dipped and enrobed ganaches and pralines, truffles, honeycomb, Turkish delight, marshmallow, jellies and fruit and nut chocolate bars
Enjoy unique truffles, caramels and ganaches using Huon Valley and Channel fruits, liqueurs, ports and honeys to create a unique taste sensation.
Cygneture creates seasonally based products which develop as new ingredients are sourced. We source from locally grown and value added products wherever possible and will continue to do so as our range grows.
All of our chocolates are made with the freshest ingredients and are available to buy as individual chocolates or in boxes of 6, 10 or more. We also sell our ‘becoming famous’ double-coated chocolate honeycomb.
