Huon Valley Mushrooms, located at Glen Houn in the Huon Valley in Southern Tasmania, produces more than 5 tonnes a week of white, honey brown, oyster and shiitake mushrooms - all available at the farm shop open on weekdays.
Tours can be made any day of the week, but arrangements must be made ahead of time.
