Rosevears Estate combines a winery, restaurant and luxury chalet accommodation on the Tamar River, northern Tasmania.
Rosevears Estate covers 24 hectares (59 acres) and is one of the few northern vineyards to combine a winery, restaurant and accommodation. The Estate also offers wedding, function and conference facilities.
Estelle Rosevears Restaurant features the best of local produce and wines from Rosevears three vineyards. The restaurant serves lunch every day from 12noon to 3pm and the Cellar door is open seven days from 10am to 5pm. Dinner is served by arrangement.
The eight elegant, contemporary one-bedroom chalets overlook the vineyard, winery and restaurant and feature floor to ceiling windows, a bar, dining room and a desk with internet connection.
Rosevears Estate is an ideal base for exploring the Tamar Valley, Launceston and west to Deloraine and Longford. You can also travel east to Pipers Brook, George Town, and the vineyards of the east Tamar.
Rosevears Estate is about 15 minutes' drive (18 kilometres/11 miles) from central Launceston.
