Situated in the Ninth Island Vineyard, on the Tamar River, 'Daniel Alps at Strathlynn boasts one of Tasmania's most picturesque eating spots and one of Tasmania's top chefs, Daniel Alps.
Daniel Alps hosts hands-on cooking schools by appointment only, followed by dinner matched with the vineyard's wines. $150.00 per person (all inclusive). Contact the restaurant for upcoming classes
