Delamere Vineyards are located at Pipers Brook, in the Pipers River wine district, and just a short 30 minute drive from Launceston, in North Eastern Tasmania.
Delamere is a a cool-climate vineyard producing delicate wines. Planting Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in cool climates produce fine and delicate wines with the power and complexity required to enhance food.
As one of the first vineyards in Tasmania, Delamere Vineyards has had to pioneer unfamiliar methods of viticulture and wine-making. Whilst we were inspired by European techniques, applying them has required significant adaptation.
Today Delamere's wines are available at the cellar door or through the web, restaurants and bottle shops around Australia.
