Look out for the guitar genius and his new string band Rhythm Express. They will take you on a global rhythm journey by injecting world sounds into some original and renowned songs.
By combining known melodies with sophisticated arrangements and improvisation, the audience is in for a very dynamic and unique musical experience.
Bruce has travelled the world and most recently as the Rhythm Hunter. It's through these travels that he has found the diverse colours of music and rhythms from Latin America, Africa and The Mediterranean and some flavours of gypsy, flamenco and jungle and infused them into his already diverse and unique style.
A new genre borne out of his fiery fretwork unique to Mathiske, has been encapsulated in his new CD – Guitar-Uoso. This will be the Tasmanian album launch.
