This is the retail outlet of Petuna, Tasmania's largest multi-species seafood company, which operates from one of the most perfect pristine ocean waters of the world. The store is in East Devonport, NW Tasmania, conveniently near the Devonport ferry terminal.
Petuna was founded by Peter and Una Rockliff, from where the name originates, and is a family owned business, involved in Tasmania's fishing industry since 1950.
Producing seriously fine seafood - including the iconic ocean trout made famous by international Sydney-based chef Tetsuya Wakuda - is our pride. We control all major elements of our production chain ensuring a quality of product and continuity of supply unmatched by other seafood suppliers.
We operate our own deep-sea fishing vessels and raise Ocean Trout, Atlantic Salmon and Saltwater Charr at our aquaculture sea farms in the unspoilt cool wild waters of Tasmania's southwest wilderness.
We also operate an extensive wholesale and retail seafood network servicing local, national and international markets. Freshly cooked Tasmanian rock lobster (crayfish) is also available in season, plus a range of gourmet food products and some Tasmanian wines to match the seafood.
