Tom Dicker (a former Angasi owner and chef) has opened Drift Cafe and Restaurant, at the Mersey Bluff in Devonport, Tasmania.
Open 7 days a week 8am - 8pm, Drift Cafe has a takeaway burger bar which serves gourmet burgers, takeaway coffees, gelato, salads, milkshakes and a selection of house made biscuits and cakes.
Drift restaurant has a relaxed casual feel focusing on local, seasonal produce with a focus on shared plates and casual dining. The restaurant is open Wed-Sun 11am till late.
