Wilmot Hills Vineyard is located in Wilmot near beautiful Lake Barrington in North West Tasmania. The vineyard and orchard produce the fruit that goes into the wines, ciders and spirits - all made on site.
Tour the vineyard and talk to John and Ruth Cole about how they built the winery and and equipment then taste the generous range of award winning table wines, fruit wines, ciders and spirits that are not available anywhere else.
Table wines include pinot noir, gamay, traminer, muller thurgau. Fruit wines are made of raspberyy, blackberry, elderberry and cherry whilst the spirits include grappa, apple brandy, kirsch, schnapps and basilico.
