Highlander Arms is located at Tarraleah in Tasmania's central highlands and offers a cultural experience. Guests may enjoy local beers, Tasmanian wines, good service and home cooked meals whilst browsing through the gallery room currently displaying “Homage to the Highland Cow”. Enjoy “The Reading Room” with its eclectic display of Highland treasures and local history, the photography of Tasmanian Highlanders and the display of hand-crafted metalwork ‘fish art'. Gallery rooms are accessible without the need to walk through the bar area and browsing visitors are very welcome. Some exhibitions are for sale.
