Every month the Nant Distillery holds a dinner showcasing some of the finest whiskies the world has to offer which are expertly matched to the best of Tasmania's produce. The Dinners are held in the Old Mill complex which was meticulously restored with the added inclusion of a world class whisky bar and atrium lounge.
