Get Shucked is an iconic oyster farm based in the crystal clear waters off the breathtakingly beautiful Bruny Island, in the Huon and Channel district of Southern Tasmania.
The fresh oysters reared and distributed by Get Shucked are of the very highest quality, and are sought after by the best Tasmanian and elite mainland Australian restaurants.
Amusingly named, but very serious about their oysters, these plump, fresh and flavoursome oysters have to be sampled to be believed.
Pop down to Bruny Island via a brief ferry ride from Kettering, 35 minutes south of Hobart and buy your live or freshly split oysters; eat them in lush coastal surrounds, and you'll feel you've died and gone to oyster heaven.
