A very warm welcome is extended to you by WineSouth to come and visit the cellar doors and try the ultra premium Tasmanian cool climate wines and enjoy the uniquely Tasmanian ambiance while you taste.

Stop to taste award-winning cool-climate wines en route to the colonial village of Richmond in the Coal River Valley, on your way to sampling some of the Huon and Channel regions' mouth-watering fresh produce or on your way to catching a trout in the Derwent Valley.

There are more cellar doors to visit and sample wine when heading further out to the spectacular white beaches of the East Coast and Freycinet National Park or South East to the famous site of Port Arthur.

WineSouth provides another useful guide offering a number of suggestions of wineries to visit located in the four distinct wine growing areas in Southern Tasmania as well as a calendar of up-coming events. With the suggested wine routes visitors can experience an ever changing view in the landscape of ranges and rivers and see the contrasts in architecturally designed ultra modern cellar doors and restaurants to quaint heritage listed cottages.
