Located in the historic Camp Street arts precinct in central Ballarat, opposite the University of Ballarat city campus, the Phoenix Brewery offers a dining experience unique to the city of Ballarat.
This versatile space incorporates formal dining, private functions and a fresh metro bar style.
An extensive wine list by both bottle and glass accompanies the menu of modern Australian cuisine as well as tapas in the new cellar Tapas Bar downstairs Wednesday to Saturday from 4pm.
Trading Hours:
Lunch - Tues to Sat from 11am
Dinner - 6 nights per week, 5pm till late Mon, 6pm till late Tues - Sat
