Brown Brothers Easter Wine and Food Festival will be held on March 30 and 31. Experience great wine and food matching, live music in the grounds, a farmers' market, wine and chocolate masterclasses and lots of fun for the kids.
Held in the beautiful grounds of Brown Brothers Milawa Vineyard, there will be a variety of activities for the whole family to enjoy, including live entertainment, delicious food and local produce stalls.
Live entertainment will be provied by Blue Eyes Cry, a new band on the Melbourne scene, featuring the soulful voice of Iseula Hingano, with guitarist Nathan Brett, bassist Ben Hartland and drummer Cameron Smith. Their powerful sound draws inspiration from artists as diverse as Robert Cray, Eva Cassidy, Robin Trower, Stevie Wonder and Donny Hathaway. Children's entertainment includes Trixie the Clown, Jumping castle (cost $3 per child) and activity tables
High tea will be available in the garden around the house – No bookings required 10am - 4pm Daily. A selection of sweet items and a mini of your choice iwill be available for $15 per person. Giant chess and croquet also available
A Chocolate and wine Masterclass will be held daily at 3pm. This 45 minute session costs $10 per person and bookings are essential. Book at entrance marquee on festival days – Seats are strictly limited. Conducted by Sisko and Brown Brothers wine educator.
Epicurean club – members only tastings will be held daily at 11.30am. This 45 minute session is free of charge for members.
Another special, complementary event for Epicurean members only is the Sparkling Adventure. Take a closer look at Brown Brothers’ sparkling wines as you explore hidden parts of the winery with one of their Wine Educators. Book at the entrance marquee on festival days. Seats are strictly limited.
No BYO food or drinks or dogs (other than guide dogs) are permitted into the winery grounds the festival.
