In its tenth year, the free Eltham Jazz and Blues Heritage Festival transforms the Eltham township into a vibrant centre of jazz, blues and gospel music. Along with the music, locals and visitors can enjoy the great mix of food, wine, art and shopping available in the Eltham shopping precinct.
Highlights of the 2011 program included s a degustation of jazz and roots music for connoisseur and novice alike. From the captivating intricacies of Andrea Keller and Stephen Grant, to the irresistible groove of the Putbacks and Kylie Auldist, from the compulsive antics of the Hoodangers and the Shuffle Club, to the gossamer voices of Michelle Nicolle and Emma Gillmartin: True gluttony for the ears.
This years Festival is already being planned. Information about the program will be made available closer to the event.
