Beechworth Provender has a fantastic selection of north-east Victorian wines, including famed muscats and tokays. This is a must stop shop for anyone interested in wine buying. It's one of those wonderful small shops crammed with good things so that every where you turn you find another temptation.
Producers to look for include Campbells, All Saints, Stanton and Killeen, Seppelts, Bullers, and Chambers. Best of all, local owners Gavin and Kate are more than happy to provide helpful advice. The store also has a good selection of pickles and chutneys and a range of locally produced olive oils.
