The restaurant is situated in the old cellars of the Mildura Grand Hotel and seating capacity is limited to approximately 60 diners who enjoy a five or six course Italian style banquet. The menu changes daily and is subject to the whim of the chef and the seasonal produce available.
Special dietary requirements can be catered for with notice. Stefano's also features an extensive selection of quality wines to complement the meal.
Stefano's Restaurant is open for dinner Monday to Saturday. Demand for places in Stefano's is high and early booking is recommended.
