Established in 2001, Neilsons, under the guidance of Executive Chef and owner Lewis Prince, is recognized as one of Gippslands leading fine dining restaurants. With an Innovative Menu and a first class wait staff now under the direction of maitre d' and owner Rebecca Prince, Neilsons has won rave reviews and a loyal clientele.
The Menu is innovative in itself, with dishes that delight the taste buds and dazzle the eye. Neilsons each year continues to improve on itself and increase the high standard that their regulars have come to expect.
With a warm atmosphere and friendly staff, Neilsons has a broad clientele ranging from business meetings, to the ladies lunching, and to the romantic dinner for two. Neilsons caters for all to have an enjoyable meal and even more than that an extraordinary experience. Situated in a beautifully renovated Californian bungalow, Neilsons has featured in The Age Good Food Guide each year since opening. It also won the hospitality section of the Gippsland Business Awards in 2003 and 2004
