Simply Green Tomatoes is an Australian hand made product which is grown and manufactured by the Lanyon family. Located in Boort, within the goldfields region of central Victoria.
All employees are taken from the local community which shows the company's 100% commitment to making this product a local achievement.
The green tomatoes are hand picked at the correct stage and begin their process the very same day in a clean and safe environment on their property, Terralea Farms. The tomatoes are preserved in brine for two days and on the third day of manufacturing the green tomatoes are finished off with extra virgin olive oil, herbs and garlic. 'Simply Green Tomatoes' are very nutritional, with no sugar, preservatives or colours added, and also low in cholesterol and gluten free.
Tours are available by appointment - we welcome educational tours.
