Cape Horn Vineyard, located on a sand hill wedged between the Murray and Goulburn Rivers in Echua, and is named after the river bend resembling Cape Horn on the tip of South America.
Cape Horn Vineyard makes fabulous single vineyard wines from 12 hectares of lovingly tendered vines. Durif, Marsanne, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel varieties are used to make single variety wines as well as Sparkling Durif / Shiraz and the very popular sweet but fresh Late Picked Marsanne.
Visit them at their sensational site by the banks of the Murray River, nestled under the gum trees and just relax with a glass of wine on the spacious green lawns. Pack a picnic and take the short trip just 15km by road east of Echuca or 30min by speedboat.
