Aire Valley Restaurant is situated just west of Apollo Bay on the Great Ocean Road, just outside the hamlet of Hordern Vale. The Homestead dates originally from the 1890s and overlooks the lakes of the Aire River Wildlife Reserve and the Great Otway National Park.
The Restaurant Garden
The Aire Valley Restaurant specialises in the very best fresh food. Vegetables and herbs are picked from the garden each day. A large variety of herbs and vegetables are available for each dinner. This ensures a different variety each day.
Awarded Green Table Status
Aire Valley Restauranthas been awarded Green Table status, Australia's first environmental certification scheme for restaurant and catering businesses.
Showcasing Local Wines and Beers
Aire Valley Restaurant has a wide selection of Victorian wines. A great pre-dinner drink is the award winning range of Prickly Moses beers from Otway Estate, brewed from fresh Otway rain water.
Aire Valley Restaurant can also provide accommodation at the Restaurant. 4 ensuite rooms within the house provide quality accommodation that is perfect for a base for exploring the Great Ocean Road.
A table is reserved each evening for in house diners.
