To celebrate the Italian white sparkling variety Prosecco, it’s versatility, and the warmer weather the Dal Zotto’s are hosting - Primavera del Prosecco - a weekend of activities for the whole family as part of the La Dolce Vita weekend - Friday 18th, Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th November 2011.
Over the whole weekend Dal Zotto have put together a killer line up of entertainment. Front man for Melbourne-based band Borne, Cam Tapp, will be rocking out the tunes between 11am and 3:45pm on both days. Borne hit international stardom when their single ‘The Guide’ was released around the globe – it soared to Number 1 on the iTunes charts of three countries and Number 13 on the US digital billboard charts. In 2007 at the MusicOz Awards Borne took out Artist of the Year, Best Acoustic Singer-Songwriter, the Garth Porter Producer Award and the Nova Unsigned Initiative.
On Saturday November 19, multiple ARIAe and APRA and Urban Music Award Winner Jade McRae, who has performed along side some of the biggest stars in the Australian Music industry, will be gracing Dal Zotto with her unique R 'n' B/Soul style of music live from 4pm to 5pm.
For those who like to kick on a little longer, DJ Emmilion will be on the decks between 5pm and 8pm on Saturday evening for Prosecco Nights to welcome the sun as she sets over the picturesque King Valley. So don’t forget your dancing shoes.
As for the littlies, there’ll be, face painting, a kids corner, clowns, live entertainment, jumping castles and helicopter joy rides all weekend.
Visitors are invited to set their own pace over the weekend as they sip on Prosecco cocktails created by mixologist Tommy Mac, graze through a rustic Italian menu prepared by the talented chefs at Dal Zotto’s and Oscar W’s, play a round or two of bocce and take in the stunning vistas that surround Dal Zotto’s property via foot or helicopter. Prosecco may be the here weekend but rest assured Dal Zotto’s full range of wines will also be available for sampling over the whole weekend.
