Springvale is a working cattle farm encompassing 210 acres of rolling pastures,dotted with rocky outcrops and strands of majestic gum trees. Picturesque views and delightful garden settings combine to make this the perfect relaxing retreat. The property divides into nine easily accessed paddocks backing onto Pipers Creek, providing a diverse range of countryside waiting to be explored.

Accommodation
This delightful Victorian residence provides a real taste of old fashioned country living. Refurbished in the pretty Victorian style, the house is attractive and comfortable.

Three spacious bedrooms, homely lounge and dining rooms, modernised kitchen, all appliances, open fire places and old style charm, while all rooms are equipped with wall heaters. Kitchen utensils are provided, and all rooms are fully adorned with attractive furniture, comfortably accommodating up to six people.

Features and Activities
Springvale's cattle can be seen roaming the property, while the friendly cows and calves in the front paddock can be easily hand fed. Paved pathways weave throughout many flowering plants and elegant archways, creating a delightful setting for strolls or outside lunches.

A brick barbecue resides in the rear courtyard with easy access to the kitchen. A playground is situated behind the house complete with swings and slide for the children. Just a short walk down into the back paddock there's a large dam, which is home to various bird-life and other water creatures.

Within easy driving distance of many tourist attractions. Visit the many country towns and natural attractions, or enjoy pleasant drives along the scenic roads.
