Sunburywines.com is the website of the Sunbury Region Grapegrowers Association, located just north of Melbourne, Victoria.
20 Vineyards are productive in the Sunbury Wine Region, one of Victoria's oldest wine regions. Just beyond Melbourne Airport, it has produced wine since the 1860's.
Historically the principal grape variety is shiraz: but currently chardonnay, riesling, semillon, traminer, pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon, and some Italian varietals have been planted.
