Since then many world famous and local celebrity chefs have visited De Bortoli including Lorenza De Medici, Antonio Carluccio, Diane Seed from Rome, Rick Stein from the BBC television series, Susan Lawrence, Stephanie Alexander and Nick Nairn, Scotland's most famous chef and BBC food presenter to name just a few.
