Whistler Cafe is located at Shelmerdine Estate's Merindoc vineyard, in Tooborac, north of Melbourne, in the Heathcote Goldfields wine district of Victoria.
Warm and welcoming, the café is a tranquil haven of jarrah and western red cedar. Be guided through complimentary tastings of their Heathcote and Yarra Valley ranges in the cellar door. Pause with a regional tasting plate, espresso coffee and dessert, or linger long into the afternoon with the seasonally inspired menu.
The cooler temperatures are staved off by the granite-hewn open fire and delicacies from the wood-fired oven. An extensive program of events runs throughout the year to showcase Shelmerdine's fine wines and regional produce.
