Bluestone Acres is a small, family owned and operated vineyard which produces high quality sauvignon blanc, merlot and shiraz wine grapes in the Yarra Valley wine region of Victoria.
Winemaker Paul Evans processes these grapes into top quality wines which express the individual characteristics of the vineyard and are produced for enjoyment with food.
The vineyard is run using environmentally sustainable viticulture practices. The use of chemical sprays is kept to the bare minimum required to avoid crop damage from fungal diseases. Pesticides are not used at all. The vines are watered from rainfall only and even during vineyard establishment irrigation was used sparingly.
