Dominique Portet, from a centuries-old French tradition of wine-making, has created a new family tradition in the Yarra Valley, in Victoria Dandenong Ranges. A must see winery and restaurant.
Before starting his own winery, Dominique Portet was a flying winemaker. He managed Taltarni, and also developed the Clover Hill Vineyard in Tasmania. His brother, Bernard Portet, owns Clos du Val in the Napa Valley of California.
Simple lunches are available to be enjoyed with wine tastings.
