Sopranos features a 15 acre vineyard of pinot, chardonnay and cabernet sauvignon maintained by Dominic Massarotti in Chirnside Park in the Yarra Valley wine region of victoria's Dandenong Ranges. Dominic works the in the Yarra Valley as a vineyard consultant and oversees the making of their wine which is sold through the cellar door to take home or enjoy while you dine in their own restaurant.
