St Regis Vineyard and Winery is located at Waurn Ponds, on the Geelong Bellarine peninsula in Southern Victoria.
St Regis wines are hand picked, open fermented, hand plunged and basket pressed.
The vineyard of eight acres, has small crop levels with lots of sunshine on the bunches. The best grapes are cold soaked, fermented with wild yeast, long skin maceration, achieving maximum complexity in top French oak.
