Water Wheel Vineyards is owned by the Cumming family who have farmed in the Bendigo region for fifty years. The vineyards are located in Bridgewater-on-Loddon (off the Calder Hwy), in the Bendigo wine region of Victoria Goldfields, in Melbourne Surrounds
Ron and Peter Cumming have a strong background in horticulture and place a strong emphasis on vineyard management.
At the winery the emphasis is on producing high quality, fruit driven wines with strong varietal definition and length on the palate.
Total plantings now exceed 300 acres, located within the Bendigo Wine Growing Region 150 km, north west of Melbourne.
Water Wheel Vineyards welcomes visitors and is open for tastings and sales at cellardoor.
